Repurposing a Historic Hub
Sitting on a site where government buildings have stood since 1572, Government House has served many different purposes throughout time. Now a Museum & Interpretation Center, it contains billingual galleries that interpret the building’s history and engage audiences with rich stories from centuries past. Carefully incorporated within the historic fabric of the building, our exhibits feature colonial-era finishes and installation techniques that incur minimal impact.
