Susan Kohler Healy
Susie is responsible for ensuring business continuity for our clients, staff, and industry partners. Passionate about small business growth and investing in vibrant communities, she champions work culture and employee experience within the firm. Her management skills and business savvy maintain our competitive advantage, while the box of toys by her desk for when the children of family and employees visit effectively illustrates her "people first" ethos. After decades of vicarious engagement in the exhibit design field, she's building a legacy through nurturing team members and supporting clients.

Ryan Brogan
Watching big ideas and freehand drawings transform into the final product is the best part of Ryan’s job. He has been with HealyKohler from the beginning, exemplifying the work culture we value, and developing an exhaustive knowledge of design elements, materials, and finishes to optimize client resources on every project. Ryan's ability to operate at varying scales allows him to create intentional environments and unique experiences, all with a down-to-earth demeanor that makes it look easy. Often found on-site during installation, he coordinates our in-house experts and specialist partners to ensure successful delivery.

Diamone Scott
Diamone found her passion in cultural museum work. She brings an elegance to designing experiences for guests that will prompt important discussions, telling complex stories with nuance and clarity. During graphic design school, Diamone fell in love with print, and sees exhibits design as its extension - a tangible outlet for her creativity on a larger scale. Inspired by how ideas grow and change as they move through the HealyKohler studio, she leads with collaboration, embracing the layering of artifacts, textures, and perspectives.
Evan Hildebrand
Evan designs in the space where creativity meets functionality. Harnessing his background in architecture and community-driven design he integrates exhibits with the building fabric, and creates emotional journeys with lighting, textiles, and finishes - all while supporting clients through the nitty gritty details of production. A spatial thinker, fluent in 3-D visualization and modeling software, Evan transitions the technical to the active jobsite without a hitch. His enthusiasm and communication skills are both vital to our teams, and instrumental in the on-boarding of new employees.
Sam Warren
Sam spent her childhood watching nature documentaries and drawing the animals she saw on screen. With a special affinity for our natural history projects, she thinks of exhibit design as a puzzle to solve, curating experiences that people of all ages and interest levels can engage with. Sam loves the unique challenges each project brings and that there is always something new to learn. An essential piece of the HealyKohler ecosystem, she collaborates with clients, leads content calls, and coordinates tight deadlines with ease.
